My name is Bruce Poland and I have over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry and feel that I can be an asset in the current economic situation.

Project bidding has become very competitive and the design services are an integral part of your
client’s budget. I am aware that getting the drawings in your client’s hands quickly can make or break
a deal. My services typically can have certified construction documents back within 14 days or less. I
will personally be involved throughout the permitting and construction phases.
